Lemon Love Salad Dressing

About a month ago, I was introduced to a new salad dressing, and I love it! Lemon Love Dressing is a creation of Executive Chef Robert Atterberry, and is refreshing, light and delicious on salads and as a marinade for meats.  It is gluten, dairy and sulfite free. It really brings a welcome tang to our salads, and is great to have available  at the end of a busy day when it’s nice to create a meal in a short time with little effort. Lemon Love is made in Burlington, in Western Washington State, and is perfect for our local fish and produce. I have tried it with salmon and grilled asparagus, and was very happy with the results. It works well with  chicken, rice dishes, and tossed with potatoes. They have a new salad dressing “Tangerine Tango”, that I am looking forward to trying. In the Seattle area, it is available at Metropolitan and Uwagimaya Markets, Bridle Trail Red Apple. It is also found at various other locations  in Western Washington. It is also available to order from their Facebook page. I highly recommend this product, and urge you to try it. You won’t be disappointed. They have a nice website with information, and locations where you can buy their products, and recipes, in addition to their Facebook page. Give them a look.
